Clearer instructions for check-in needed!!! Room noise from the pub can be bothersome, especially at night!!! Broken or damaged items in the room detract from the overall experience!!!

I stayed in a Double Room, which was spacious and clean. The bed felt comfortable, making it great after a long journey. The staff, especially Donald, offered friendly service and were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast included continental options, but I found the timing a bit early at 9:00 AM, especially since checkout isn't until 12:00 PM. I appreciated the option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast for just £3.99. there were some issues during breakfast service. The place seemed understaffed, leading to longer waits for items like bacon and sausages. On one morning, tables weren't cleared promptly, which made the dining area feel cluttered. These factors slightly diminished my overall enjoyment of the meal. Parking was convenient with a large free car park, located conveniently just off the motorway, making it easy to find.

Conveniently located just off the motorway, the spacious family room was quiet and clean, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast offered at the carvery was impressive, especially the English muffins. maintenance issues like a noisy toilet and a leaking shower head detracted from the experience. Limited evening meal options after 7 pm were also disappointing.
